We Direct Bill to Insurance!
Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $50 (GST included) cancellation fee.
Direct Billing Services: Direct billing to your Extended health care provider is an additional service we provide to ease your payment for our services. (Photo ID is required). If there are issues with your insurance, payment for the session will be required, and we’ll provide an invoice for reimbursement. For questions about your benefits or coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly for details regarding your plan.
